ZAP Z-Poxy Finishing Resin is an excellent filler and sealer, ideal for achieving smooth, durable surfaces. This two-part system includes resin and hardener, designed to be applied as thinly as possible using a brush or an old credit card. After application, allow it to dry for at least 3 hours before sanding back with 400 grit sandpaper to ensure a flawless finish.

For optimal results, apply two or three thin layers. The final layer can be thinned with alcohol if desired, offering enhanced control over the finish. While it is possible to spray nitrocellulose lacquer directly over Z-Poxy, it is recommended to first apply a layer of shellac to ensure better adhesion and a smoother topcoat.

Beyond sealing and filling, Z-Poxy is also perfect for finishing inlays. Simply mix the resin with sawdust from the wood species of your inlay, apply the mixture, let it cure, and then sand it back for a seamless integration with the surrounding material.
